Easy & Possible Organization — Rwanda NGO since 2013

A decade of building stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities across Rwanda.
“To empower communities through evidence-based education, health, and economic programs that create lasting, transformative change.”
EPO designs and delivers community-owned programs in youth empowerment, education, health and nutrition, environment and WASH, radio, and human rights — creating measurable pathways out of vulnerability.
A Rwanda where every young person and every community has the skills, health, and opportunity to thrive — and where development partners find a trusted local organization ready to deliver at scale.
Easy & Possible Organization (EPO) is a nationally registered Rwandan non-governmental organization established in 2013. Our work spans youth empowerment, vocational education, community health, environmental sustainability, radio programming, human rights awareness, and social mobilization.
We operate through a model of deep community partnership — working alongside local leaders, sector offices, and community health workers to design and deliver programs that are contextually relevant, technically sound, and community-owned.
With offices in Gisenyi and Kigali, EPO has implemented activities across all 30 districts of Rwanda, supported by trained mobilizers and district coordinators.
EPO is a preferred implementing partner for leading UN agencies, bilateral donors, and the Government of Rwanda, with a demonstrated track record of on-time, on-budget program delivery across diverse geographic and programmatic contexts.
